High efficiency composting of Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) waste. Quality compost requires quality inputs: just as “you can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear”, you can’t make quality compost from mixed municipal waste. HotRot recommends the source seperated organic (SSO) collection of municipal green waste to maximise the value and quality of the compost.
